Virtual Wallet Settings: Field Reference

What it does	A quick-reference of every setting you can configure for a virtual wallet, gathered in one place.
Available to	Users with cashless access.
Where to find it	Cashless → Overview → [wallet name] → Configuration tab (most fields are set here; Design fields are also on this tab)
Use this when	You want to check what a specific wallet field does, or see an example before filling it in.

Field	What it does	Example
Wallet name	The name shown in your Overview list. Max 150 characters.	“Summer Fest 2026 Wallet”
Event name	Internal identifier for the wallet's event. Lowercase letters and numbers only, max 30 characters. Cannot be changed after creation.	“summerfest26”
Mode	Whether the wallet is operating. Offline while you set up; Live when running. Locks once Live.	Offline → Live on opening day
Medium	How customers pay: Bracelet (wristband) or QR (app code). Cannot be changed after creation.	Bracelet for a festival
Top-up plan	The event whose tickets load money onto wallets.	“Summer Fest Top-ups”
Cashless config	Technical link to the payment system. Required for Live mode. Cannot be changed once set.	—
Expiration	When the wallet stops operating. Required.	The event's closing night
Refund ends at	When the refund request period closes. Must be later than the expiration. Leave empty for no refund period.	One week after the event
Generation rule	How wallets are created: Per account (one per customer) or Per wristband (one per band). Cannot be changed after creation.	Per account
FAQ URL	A link to your event's FAQ, shown to customers. Must include http:// or https:// (max 500 characters).	“https://summerfest.com/faq”
Hide money balance when zero	Hides the balance in the customer's app while it is 0. Tick it to avoid showing “0.00” before top-up.	—
Primary color / Text color	The wallet's colors in the customer's app, as 7-character hex values.	#1A2B3C / #FFFFFF
Thumbnail / Background image	The wallet's images in the customer's app. PNG or JPG, max 5 MB.	Your event's key visual
