Important Some choices are permanent. Event name, Medium, and Generation rule cannot be changed after creation. The Cashless config cannot be changed once set. |
- Go to Cashless > Overview.
- Click Add new virtual wallet.

- In General information, enter a Wallet name. This is the name you'll see in your wallet list (max 150 characters).
- Enter an Event name. Use lowercase letters and numbers only (max 30 characters).
- Choose the Mode. Keep Offline (the default) while you set things up; switch to Live when the wallet should start operating.
- Choose the Medium: Bracelet (the default) for wristband payments or QR for app payments.
- If customers buy top-ups as tickets on a separate event, select it in Top-up plan. The Top-up plan ID fills in automatically.

- In Cashless configuration, set the Cashless config if the wallet will go Live. Contact your Partner Manager for this value. It is required for Live mode and cannot be changed once set.
- In Rules and limits, set the Expiration date. This field is required.
- Set Refund ends at if customers can request refunds after the event. Leave it empty if there is no refund period.

- Choose the Generation rule: Per account (the default) creates one wallet per customer account; Per wristband creates one wallet per wristband.
- Optionally, add a FAQ URL with your event's frequently asked questions (must start with http:// or https://, max 500 characters).
- Optionally, tick Hide money balance when zero to hide the balance from customers when it is empty.

- In the Design panel, pick a Primary color and a Text color.
- Upload a Thumbnail and a Background image. Images must be PNG or JPG, max 5 MB.
- Check the Wallet preview on the right. It shows how the wallet will look in the customer's app, in both the List and Detail views.
- Click Create virtual wallet.

You'll see the confirmation “Virtual wallet created successfully.” and return to the Overview page. The new wallet starts as Offline unless you chose Live mode.
