| What it does | The Cashless section is your hub for managing Fever Wallets across your events. Create virtual wallets, customize their look, monitor customer wallets and top-ups, manage wristbands, and handle refund requests — all in one place. |
| Available to | Users with cashless access, set up by Fever's team. If you don't see Cashless in your menu, or you're missing one of the buttons described here, contact your Partner Manager. |
| Where to find it | Cashless → Overview |
| Use this when | You run a cashless event — for example, a festival where attendees pay with wristbands, or a venue where they pay by scanning a QR code in the Fever app. |
Before you start The Cashless section is set up by Fever's team. Contact your Partner Manager to enable it for your organization. |
- What you can do depends on your access level. With view-only access you can browse everything, but you won't see editing buttons like Add new virtual wallet, Save, or Apply.
- Some tabs only appear in certain cases: Wristbands shows only for wallets that use bracelets, and Refund requests shows only if you have refunds access.
- Refund exports have timing rules — you can only export refunds once the wallet's refund period has ended. See How to handle refund requests.
When would I use this?
- You're preparing a festival and need to create a virtual wallet that attendees will use to pay with wristbands.
- Your event is live and you want to check a customer's balance and transactions to answer a support question on site.
- A customer bought a top-up online but it hasn't reached their wallet yet, and you need to apply a pending top-up manually.
- The event has ended and you need to export refund requests so pending balances can be returned to customers.
