How to Configure a Virtual Wallet

What it does	Edit an existing wallet's setup — link the tickets that grant wallet credit, update its rules, and customize its design.
Available to	Users with cashless edit access.
Where to find it	Cashless → Overview → [wallet name] → Configuration tab
Use this when	You need to change a wallet's design, adjust which tickets top up wallet credit, or update its rules before or during an event.

1. Go to Cashless > Overview and click the wallet's name. The Configuration tab opens by default.

2. Edit the fields you need. Fields that show as read-only cannot be changed:

• Event name, Medium, and Generation rule are fixed at creation.
• Mode locks once the wallet is Live.
• Cashless config ID locks once it has a value.

3. Update the Design section to change colors or replace the Thumbnail and Background image. The Wallet preview updates as you edit.
4. In Main plan assignments, link the tickets that grant wallet credit:

• Click Assign plan and use Select a plan to pick the event.
• Click Add new config and use Select a session type to pick the ticket type, then set its Paid amount and Free amount. The paid amount is credit the customer pays for; the free amount is extra credit granted on top — for example, a bonus for buying a bigger pack.
• Click Done to confirm, or use Edit assignment, Remove config, and Remove assignment to make changes.

5. Click Save.

You'll see “Changes saved successfully.” when everything is stored.

Tip

If you try to leave the page before saving your changes, FeverZone will warn you first to help prevent accidental loss of your changes.
