What it does: Inventory setup lets you create your products (tickets), set capacity limits, build your event schedule, and configure pricing — all directly in FeverZone.
Where to find it: Events > Inventory
Use this when you need to define what you sell, how many you can sell, when it's available, and at what price.
What is inventory setup?
Inventory setup is where you define the commercial structure of your event. It's where you go from "I have an event" to "I have tickets customers can buy."
You'll work through four steps, each answering a key question:
- What are you selling? Create your products (e.g., Adult, Child, VIP) and organize them into groups.
- How many can you sell? Set capacity limits for each time slot, product group, and individual product.
- When is it available? Build your schedule with dates, time slots, and sales windows.
- At what price? Create price lists for different channels and time slots.
You'll work through these steps in order. Each one builds on the previous — for example, you need to create your products before you can assign capacity, and you need capacity templates before you can build a schedule.
Step-by-step guides
Follow each guide in order when setting up inventory for the first time:
| Step | Guide | What you'll do |
| 1 | How to create products and product groups | Create products like "Adult" or "VIP," set base prices, and organize them into groups |
| 2 | How to set up capacity | Define how many tickets can be sold per time slot, per group, and per product |
| 3 | How to create a schedule | Set your event dates, time slots, sales windows, and exceptions |
| 4 | How to set up pricing | Create price lists for different channels and time slots |
Within the Inventory section, you'll move through four tabs in order:
Ticket Types → Capacity → Schedule → Pricing
