First you have to create the price list
- Go to the Events module.
- Click on the Inventory section
- Select the venue and event you where you want to take actions
- Click on the Pricing tab
- Click on the New Price List button to the right of the ticket type you want to edit
- Edit the fields to your needs
- Price List Name.
- Channels. You can choose between “All channels” or a “Specific selection” of your choice.
- Time slots. You can choose between “All” or a “Specific selection” of your choice.
- Inherit Prices. The selected list will determine the default prices when the new price list does not apply.
- Status. Active/Inactive
- Validity period. The Price List applies during this time period
- Click on Create
With the new price list included in the option, we need to set the different prices
First we define the ticket types that apply to the price list
- Click on the Price List name
- Click on Select tickets button
- Select the corresponding ticket prices
Now we have to set the prices to every ticket type selected. Repeat the following steps for each ticket price previously selected
- Click on Set Price at the right of the menu
- In the Price details section, set the Price rule and Value
- Flat Rate. Fixed price set to ticket types when the price list applies
- Decrease percentage. Percentage over base price that is reduced on the ticket type price when the price list applies
- Increase percentage. Percentage over base price that is increased on the ticket type price when the price list applies
- Decrease Amount. Fixed amount that is reduced on the ticket type price when the price list applies
- Increase Amount. Fixed amount that is increased on the ticket type price when the price list applies
- Select the surcharge applied
❗ Strikethrough price can be included, so that actual price can be shown in comparison to the original pricing. It can be selected to show a percentage discount tag, so that the total % discount is shown to the customer.
❗ There’s a special feature that can be enabled to set up time-based prices. Prices are set based on the “Days before the date of the event”
- Click on Save list button to save all new prices set.
❗ For quick checks and edits, you can use an alternative view of the Price Lists by toggling the "Matrix" view on the left hand side. The cache will remember your last choice. This view is especially useful to:
- Instantly preview and compare ticket prices across your price lists.
- View surcharges.
- Use dynamic filters to quickly see which prices are active and which channels they apply to—just like in a BLT.
- See the prices with/without taxes, according to plan setup.
