Packs combine two or more ticket types into a single purchasable product. When a customer buys a pack, they receive all the ticket types included in it — sold together at one combined price. Where to find it: Events > Inventory > Ticket Types Use this when you want to offer bundled ticket options such as a family pack, a couple pack, or a ticket combined with a drink or meal. |
Before you start
|
⚠️ Important All ticket types you want to include in the pack must be created before you create the pack. Pack creation means combining existing products — you cannot create new ticket types from within the pack setup. If you haven't created your ticket types yet, see How to create products and product groups first. |
When to use this?
Packs are useful any time you want to sell a fixed combination of tickets as one product at a single price. Common examples include:
- Family Pack: Combine adult tickets and child tickets into one product. The customer buys one pack and gets all the tickets.
- Couple Pack: Combine two adult tickets together at a combined price — even if both tickets are the same type.
- Drink Pack: Combine an adult ticket with a drink add-on so customers arrive knowing their refreshment is sorted.
- Dining Pack: Combine general admission with a set menu for events that include a meal experience.
|
📋 Note A pack must include at least two tickets in total. These can be from the same ticket type (e.g., two adult tickets) or from different ticket types (e.g., one adult ticket and one child ticket). |
Create a pack
1. In FeverZone, go to Events and click the Events list. Find and select your event.
2. Click Inventory in the left menu. You'll land on the Ticket Types tab.
3. Click New ticket type in the top right.
4. Enter a Name for your pack. This is what customers see during checkout. For example: "Family Pack," "Couple Pack," or "Dinner & Show."
5. Under Category, select Pack from the dropdown.
Configure basic settings
|
📋 Note When you select Pack as the category, the Product type is automatically set to Pack (Taxes calculated per item) and cannot be changed. Tax is calculated individually for each ticket type included in the pack. |
Add ticket types to the pack
6. Under Ticket types, click the dropdown and select the first ticket type to include in the pack. For example, select "Standard Entry: Adult".
7. Set the Qty (quantity) for that ticket type. This is how many of that ticket type are included in the pack. For example, set 2 for a Family Pack that includes two adult tickets.
8. Click New ticket type below the first row to add another ticket type to the pack.
9. Select the next ticket type from the dropdown and set its quantity. For example, select "Standard Entry: Child (6-17)" and set the quantity to 2.
Repeat for any additional ticket types you want to include. A pack can contain more than two ticket type rows.
|
💡 Tip You can delete a ticket type row by clicking the trash icon next to it. |
Set the base price
10. Enter a Base price for the pack. This is the total price a customer pays for the entire pack — not a per-ticket price. For example, $40 for a Family Pack that includes two adult and two child tickets.
|
💡 Tip The base price is the combined price of the whole pack. You can set it to any amount — including a discounted price compared to buying each ticket separately. This is a common way to incentivise bundle purchases. |
Assign to a group (optional)
11. Select a Group if you want to organise this pack with related products. If you offer several different packs, you may want to create a dedicated "Packs" group so you can assign them a shared capacity. If your pack sits alongside standard tickets, you can assign it to an existing group like "Standard Admission." For details on creating groups, see How to create products and product groups.
Add content settings (optional)
12. Expand the Content settings section.
13. In the Instructions field, enter information customers receive by email after purchase. For example: "Enjoy the experience as a family!"
14. In the Details field, enter information shown in the ticket selector when customers view the pack. For example: "Includes two adult and two child tickets."
Set purchase limits (optional)
15. Expand the Advanced settings section.
16. Set the Tickets allowed per user by entering a minimum and maximum quantity. For example, Min: 1, Max: 4 to allow a customer to purchase up to four Family Packs per order.
Set conditional rules (optional)
Conditional rules work the same way for packs as they do for regular ticket types. By default, a pack can be purchased on its own with no dependencies — which is usually the right choice, since a pack already bundles everything the customer needs. For a full explanation of the available options, see How to create products and product groups.
17. Click Save. Your pack now appears in the Ticket Types tab.
