Follow these steps to edit any ticket type
- Go to the Events module.
- Click on the Inventory section
- Select the venue and event where you want to take actions
- Click on the Ticket types tab
- Click on the edit button to the right of the ticket type you want to edit
- Edit the fields up to your needs
- Ticket type name. Name displayed on the tickets such as “Adult” or “VIP child”.
❗ You may not have authorization to change edit this field, contact your account manager. - Product type. The product type will influence the ticket's tax calculation. It is the partner's responsibility to ascertain the correct taxes applicable.
- Tickets allowed per user. Min and max quantity
- Set limits by channel. You can set different min and max tickets by channel, if, for instance, you want to set different parameters for onsite and online purchases.
- Instructions. These instructions will be sent by email after the purchase
- Details. This info is shown in the ticket selector during the purchase
- Tags. Organizing tickets into tags streamlines product management, sales tracking, and reporting.

- Check everything and click on Save
