How to download events' orders

In order to be able to download your event’s orders, the module Orders needs to be activated. If you cannot see the module, ask your account manager to enable it.

❗Ticket codes are not available in this module.

Follow these steps to download the orders made in your event (you can customize the selection with the available filters):

1. Go to Orders module
2. Click on Order list
3. Apply filters to match your needs
   1. City
   2. Event
   3. Venue
   4. Channel
   5. Dates 
4. Click on Download
5. Select format (CSV or Excel)
6. Select additionals if needed
   1. Staff notes
   2. Booking questions
7. Click on Accept

❗If you do not see these options when downloading the information, ask your account manager to activate them.
