How to find a ticket

Look for any ticket in the Validation section, in order to see the purchase details, following the next steps

1. Go to the Validation module.
2. Select the information field to search the ticket/order to validate 

• • Email. It has to be the email used to buy the ticket
  • Ticket ID. Included in all the possible ticket formats
  • Order ID. Included in all the possible ticket formats
  • QR Code. You can introduce the digit alphanumeric code or click on the camera icon to directly scan the QR code.
  • Reservation ID. Visible only if your event manages reservations. 

3. Enter the value of the information field and click Search

❗ In this section you cannot find a ticket by inputting the user’s name, this can only be done through the Orders module (your organization may or may not have it).

❗ Make sure that the data entered is accurate.
