Using the FeverZone
In case of necessity, FeverZone can be used as the validation tool. Follow these steps to validate a ticket
- Go to the Validation module.
- Select the information field to search the ticket/order to validate
- Email. It has to be the email used to buy the ticket
- Ticket ID. Included in all the possible ticket formats
- Order ID. Included in all the possible ticket formats
- QR Code. You can introduce the digit alphanumeric code or click on the camera icon to directly scan the QR code.
- Reservation ID. Visible only if your event manages reservations.
- Enter the value of the information field and click Search
❗ Make sure that the data displayed is accurate
- Select the tickets to validate and click on Validate
If you try to validate a ticket that is outside of its validation window, the following message will appear:
When facing this pop-up window, you can either force the validation or decide not to validate it by clicking continue. You can click on force to validate the ticket but remember that, once a ticket is validated, that code cannot be validated again, so make sure that you really do want to validate it.
