There are some important points to consider when creating and editing promo codes, here you have a list of the main guidelines
- You can filter the Promo codes by selecting the filter on top of the promo codes section:
- Status: active or inactive (manually enabled/disabled)
- Validity Period: valid or expired based on date range.
- We CAN apply a promo code on a single ticket without applying it to the full order
- We CANNOT apply more than one promo code for one ticket and/or order
- The promo code will apply at ORDER level- if you want an user to be able to apply the same promo code on several orders, you need to change the uses per user to be >1
- Other important considerations are
- Changes in promo codes will apply to all coupons that haven’t been yet used.

- For changing the status of the promo code (activate or inactivate it) you can do it directly in the “Promo Codes Overview” tab, by clicking the toggle button.
