How to create a promo code

1. Go to the Marketing module.
2. Click on the Promo Codes section
3. Click on the Create new promo code button on the top right corner
4. Fill all information in order to generate the new promo code

General Info

• Details
  • Promo name
  • Description (optional)

Attributes

• Promo code.❗Once created, the code is not an editable field
• Discount
  • Percentage (to discount a % of the purchase) 
  • Fixed amount (discounts X money quantity)
  • Buy X pay Y (for every X amount of ticket, the user will only pay Y)
• Limits
  • Number of promo code
  • Number of uses a single customer could have per code 
  • You can also limit the maximum number of tickets per transaction that can be purchased with the promo code.
• Validity Period

Assignment

• Cities and plans.❗Once created, the city and events are not an editable field
• Channels: Select channel in which the promo code can be applied. If left empty, it will be applicable to all channels.
• Time slots

❗Promo codes are unique! So if a code has been used already, you will get a notification. 

❗You can check the help text in each field for more information or guidance.

5. Click Create
