- Sales Summary
This summary allows you to check your event’s performance, including:
- Number tickets sold
- Number of orders and tickets per order.
- Total gross revenue (Fever’s commission is included in this figure).
- Average gross revenue per ticket and per order.
- Information about available tickets.
You will also find detailed information (in charts and tables) about the event’s sales by purchase date, organized by: Day, week and by ticket type.
- Sales by purchase date
The information corresponding to the date of purchase is selected to graphically display a series of charts. This information will help you analyse the impact of temporal factors such as seasonality, day-of-the-week variations and special events on sales performance.
- Sales by event date
Information on the availability and tickets sold per event date. Use this data to manage potential sold outs and check the percentage of attendance per event date (accurate data will be shown if you use our validation system).
- Sales by ticket type
Information on distribution of your sales, grouped by ticket type. This dashboard will also display information about the price, number of orders and gross revenue.
- Sales by channel
The information corresponding to sales by channel involves a focused examination of revenue streams originating from different sales channels within your events (Marketplace, On-site Box Office, resellers, kiosks, etc.). This analysis allows you to identify high-performing channels, optimize resource allocation, etc.
In this section you will get detailed information about sales channels including all resellers and OTAs. Information about sales per entity will be also available and can be filtered using the options offered at the top of the page.
- Demographics & Geo
This section will show you details about the buyers: gender, age range, region, and location. As in all dashboards, there is a filter that allows you to filter the date by event start or end date.
*The details about location are retrieved from the IP of the device used to make the purchase.
- Reviews
In this tab, you will be able to get insights about the rating of the event and the users who rated it. This dashboard will show rates grouped by: gender, age range or ticket type. Filter by date of the event to get more specific information.

- Promo codes & Invitations
This tab shows you information about the used/redeemed promo codes and invitations. As in previous tabs, you can filter either by purchase date or by event date. If no filter is applicable, the data will show a full report of vouchers and invitations for the selected event.
Charts and graphs will show you details about:
- Number of regular tickets sold
- Tickets sold with discount
- Details of the used promo codes
- Tickets, by ticket type, bought with promo codes
This information will help you monitor your sales, and track of the impact of the promo codes and invitations related to your event.
- Traffic & conversion
This tab will share information about conversion rate of the selected event. You have the ability to filter to see data with different granularity (weekly or per month).
Note that the conversion rate is equal to: transactions / estimated page views.
- User emails
This tab is designed for operational purposes, where you will see user’s emails in order to manage, supervise and optimize all the logistical aspects of your events.
- Booking questions
This section provides a centralized view of all the user’s answers to the booking questions presented to them during the purchase process.
- Onsite sales by Cashier
This dashboard provides sales information per registered cashier:
- Total tickets
- Total gross revenue
- User payment
Standard filters are available, as in all dashboards, to narrow the displayed data.
