Dashboards overview

Inside “Events” module, you will be able to access the “Dashboard” page where you have an overview of all your events:

• Event dates
• Type of event: Waitlist, Timeless, Standard, All.
• Total tickets sold
• Gross revenue
• Status of the event
• Visibility

Simply choose the desired event if you want more information on that specific event. 

The choice you make for an event is kept throughout the Fever Zone. If you want to change it, use the filters at the top. Now you can sort by name, number of tickets sold, revenue, status, or event type.

Once an event is selected, you will find dynamic sales dashboards with detailed information related to the listing. You can either check a general summary of the sales, or you can select to see details of sales by ticket type or by event date, demographics etc. 

Before going into the details, note that all dashboards allow you to filter data by event date and/or purchase date. 

You can also select whether to view data by day/week/month by entering the day or month. “Day” is displayed by default. 

If no filter is applied, the data shown will correspond to all sessions in your event, past and future.
