How to charge for the reservation

• 1. Go to the Reservations module
  2. Filter by city, event and/or venue and all the matching bookings will be displayed
  3. Use available filters to narrow the search
  4. Execute Payment

  ❗ Payment can be done at the Box Office or Via Card

  At the Box Office

  1. Click on the reservation
  2. Click on Pay at the Box Office
  3. Select payment method and click on “Confirm”
  -If the payment is by cash, do not click on confirm until you have received the moneyIf the payment -is by card, make sure to have the POS properly connected to Feverzone (for more information go to this part of the guide)

Note: Businesses also have the option to pay directly from their FeverZone account by card or with the credit/balance assigned to them.

Via Card

1. Click on the reservation
2. Click on Generate payment link
3. Copy the address generated
4. Send the link to the business

❗ Once the reservation has been paid, a  “purchase confirmation” email with the tickets will be sent to the email filled in the “Contact Information” step.
