- Go to the Reservations module
- Click on the Make a reservation button
- Select the business you want to make the reservation for

- Filter by city and venue
- Select the event
- Select desired date, time, and number of tickets
- Click on Add to cart.
- Summary of the selected tickets will be displayed, fill in the contact information
- You can choose to override the booking price
❗This will change the total amount to be paid by the group, distributing the change equally to all tickets within the order
❗The email filled here will receive the “purchase confirmation” email. That is the email with the actual tickets after the reservation is confirmed and paid.
- You will be able to:
- Get a payment link
- Pay at the box office
- Mark as paid manually
- Click on + New reservation or See reservations to finalize the booking.
❗The booking will be available during the established period (i.e. X days before the date of the event). Payment needs to be made before in order to secure the reservation.
❗ Expiration period of the booking can be defined according to the type of group (e.g. schools = 7 days before the event; travel agencies = 10 days).
❗ A reservation confirmation email will be sent to the email address linked to the Business
❗ To this same email address, a reminder will be sent if no payment has been made and the reservation is expiring in 24hrs
Further assistance with your reservation
Once you have completed the reservation, an email will be sent to the client account with all the reservation details and, below the total paid, the client will find a business support form (❗see GIF below) to fill and assist will be given as soon as possible.
