If you need to change several time slots’ status or visibility, it’s best to use our Bulk edit feature. Follow the steps below:
- Go to Schedule & tickets
- Select the Time slots tab
- Click on Bulk edit, on the right
- Select Status and visibility
- Choose if you want to edit Sales status, Visibility or both
- Switch the toggle on or off according to the change you need
- Select the ticket types that will be affected
- Select the time slots. You can choose a specific date range or click on All future time slots
- Exclude specific dates if needed
- Click on Save
❗Changes may take a while to appear.
❗If you only need to edit one or few time slots, go to tickets per time slot and change them manually following these steps.
