Follow these steps to edit your sessions visibility and capacity
- Go to the Events module.
- Click on the Schedule & tickets section
❗ By clicking in a concrete time slot in the Calendar View tab you can also be redirected to this section
- Select the venue and event you where you want to take actions
- Click on the Tickets per time slot tab
- Select the date and hour you want to edit and the ticket types or sessions will be displayed, grouped by the different existing capacity groups
- Click on the edit button on the right of the Capacity group to increase or decrease the capacity of all that time slot
- After increasing/reducing capacity of the Capacity group, now click on the edit button of the ticket types you want to edit
❗ It is important to note any update in a capacity group will affect to all ticket types within the capacity group.
- Edit the fields up to your needs
- Ticket type name
- Price
- Max. Quantity to set the maximum tickets available to be sold
- Sales status to enable or stop the sales
- Ticket visibility to make the ticket types visible or not in web to the users, without impacting the sales status
❗ For a ticket to be purchasable online the status ought to be visible and purchasable
