Follow these steps to create a rule
- Go to the Events module.
- Click on the Schedule & tickets section
- Select the venue and event you where you want to take actions
- Click on the Rules tab
- Click on the New rule button
- Select the date and time of the session triggering the rule
- Select the ticket type
- Select the Condition (“Available ticket ≤” only available)
- Type the number of available tickets that will trigger the action
- Select the ticket type(s) that will change visibility once the Condition is met
- Select Visible to release the tickets once the Condition is met
- Check everything and click on Save rule
❗ Once all the rules have been set for your event, you should be able to see a little blue icon next to the ticket types on the Tickets per time slot tab.
