In order to bulk import a new set of codes that you need to validate in your event, follow these instructions:
- Go to the Access control module > Upload codes
❗If you do not see this module, speak with your account manager to have it activated - Select city and event
- Click on Choose file. Make sure your CSV file has a header row and 3 columns:
- Ticket type
- Date & time (hour it time starts at)
- Code
- Select the file once it complies with the above mentioned requirements
- Match each column to the respective header
- Match each ticket type
- Select the date range for the code import
❗If the last time slot is on 19/october, select 20/october - Match the time slots in the document with the active time slots of the event
- Go through the Mapping summary to make sure that the information is correct and all columns match
- A preview of the upload will be shown, read carefully the warning messages
- Click on Merge if you only want to add more codes or click on Replace if you want to delete the previous codes
- Close wizard
A list of codes is available on the lateral menu so you can see all available codes (both old and recently uploaded) along with their validation status.
Limitations of the code import to FeverZone:
- It is not compatible with Seating maps. The feature cannot assign seats, but it can simply add codes so they can be validated.
- Feature does not support booking questions.
- Uploading more than 5000 codes at a time may result in an error
- Codes for multiple time slots and ticket types can be uploaded, but only for an event at a time.
- Codes uploaded will not affect capacity at all. The capacity and availability of the original codes and sessions will not be affected by the code upload.
