The Orders module in Feverzone is a dedicated space for tracking and managing ticket transactions. Designed to provide enhanced visibility into individual orders, this module allows event organizers to efficiently locate and review transactions using a variety of detailed filters. With its intuitive interface, the Orders module is an essential tool for ensuring smooth operations and resolving transaction-related inquiries.

Key Features of the Orders Module:

• Advanced Filtering Options: Locate specific orders by venue, event, event date, purchase date, or sales channel (e.g., box office, group bookings, Fever Marketplace).
  • You can also search by user’s name.
• Order Details Access: Click on an Order ID to view all associated details, including ticket information and validation history.
• Enhanced Transaction Tracking: Gain deeper insights into individual transactions, making it easier to address customer inquiries or verify purchase data.
