How to consult your shift

In the Shifts section, you are able to consult any shift ongoing or finished.

1. Go to the ticketing module.
2. Click on the 'Shifts' section.
3. Select the city and venue you wish to consult.
4. Filter, if you wish, by the date range you wish to consult.
5. Click on the shift you wish to consult to see a detailed view.

If you click on any shift, it will redirect you to the tab of the shift summary. In this tab you can

1. Consult the shift transactions by payment method
2. Consult the cash summary of the shift
3. Consult all transactions executed in the shift
4. Print the cash statement
