The Validation module in Feverzone is a powerful tool for managing and tracking tickets’ status throughout the lifecycle of your events. This module is particularly valuable for resolving ticket-related inquiries, managing unexpected discrepancies, and ensuring that all tickets are accounted for during the event. Key Features of the Validation Module:
- Real-Time Ticket Insights: Access up-to-date information on ticket statuses, including validation, usage history and booking questions responses (bottom left)
- Codes’ status: the list of QR codes within the order will be displayed telling us if the codes are active, transferred and/or cancelled.
- Incident Resolution: Easily identify and resolve issues such as invalid tickets or mismatches in ticket data.

Ticket Management Actions: Perform various actions to manage tickets and orders directly from the module
- Orders (In the top-right corner): Add note, print order, cancel, reschedule or add tickets
- Ticket (on the ticket): Resend, print or validate
