Move customers from their current seats to different seats without canceling their tickets or charging them again. This is useful when a guest requests a seat change or when you need to adjust seating due to venue logistics.
- Click Manage seating > Reassign seats.
- The Reassign seats page opens, listing all orders with assigned seats for the selected time slot. Each order shows the ticket number, the currently assigned seat, and a seat map.
- Find the order you want to reassign. On the seat map for that order, click the new seat where you want to move the customer.
- The New seat column updates to show your selection.
- The Keep original seats blocked checkbox is enabled by default. This blocks the old seat after reassignment so it isn’t sold to someone else. Uncheck it only if you want the old seat to go back on sale.
- Click Reassign seats to confirm. A “Seats moved successfully” message appears at the top of the page.
