Control which sales channels can sell specific seats. For example, you can reserve front-row seats for important guests via the Invitation channel, or make certain seats available exclusively at your Box Office.
- Click Manage seating > Assign seats to channels.
- The Channels tab opens. On the left, you see the list of available channels (e.g., No channel, Box Office, Fever marketplace, Invitation, Kiosk, Reseller groups).
- Click the channel you want to assign seats to (e.g., Invitation).
- On the map, select the seats you want to assign to that channel. You can select individual seats or use Select whole rows.
- The channel list updates to show the new seat count.
- Click Apply changes to save.
| Important: Assigning a seat to a specific channel removes it from all other channels. Only that channel can sell the seat. If you assign a seat to No channel, the seat becomes available across all channels. |
What customers see
Customers only see seats assigned to the channel they are purchasing from. For example, if a seat is assigned to the Invitation channel, customers browsing the Fever marketplace will not see that seat as an option.
