How to Assign Seats to Channels?

Control which sales channels can sell specific seats. For example, you can reserve front-row seats for important guests via the Invitation channel, or make certain seats available exclusively at your Box Office.

1. Click Manage seating > Assign seats to channels.
2. The Channels tab opens. On the left, you see the list of available channels (e.g., No channel, Box Office, Fever marketplace, Invitation, Kiosk, Reseller groups).

3. Click the channel you want to assign seats to (e.g., Invitation).
4. On the map, select the seats you want to assign to that channel. You can select individual seats or use Select whole rows.
5. The channel list updates to show the new seat count.
6. Click Apply changes to save.

Important: Assigning a seat to a specific channel removes it from all other channels. Only that channel can sell the seat. If you assign a seat to No channel, the seat becomes available across all channels.

What customers see

Customers only see seats assigned to the channel they are purchasing from. For example, if a seat is assigned to the Invitation channel, customers browsing the Fever marketplace will not see that seat as an option.
