How to Manage Seats on Sale?

Block seats to take them off sale, or unblock seats to make them available again. This is useful when you need to reserve seats for press, cameras, production, or important guests.

Block seats (take off sale)

1. Click Manage seating > Manage seats on sale.
   
   
2. The seating chart opens in the For sale tab. Use the toolbar to select seats:

• Click individual seats to select them one by one.
• Use the Select tool to select seats one by one or select the entire row.

3. Selected seats appear highlighted on the map. Click Apply changes to block them.

Unblock seats (put back on sale)

1. In the For sale tab, select the blocked seats you want to make available again.
2. Click Apply changes. The seats become available for purchase immediately.

What customers see

Blocked seats are not visible to customers on the seat selection screen. They simply won’t appear as available options during checkout.
