How to register a new business

1. Go to the Reservations module
2. Click on the Businesses section
3. Click on the Add new business button in the top right corner
4. Fill out
   • Basic Info
   • Allowed payment method
   • Invoicing info
   • Communications language
   • Payment instructions
   • Permissions

❗Card payments (and payment link) will always be enabled by default — ensuring there’s always a way for Businesses to complete a reservation and never miss a sale. If you also want to allow a Business to pay with balance, go to the Business configuration screen in Fever Zone and activate the Balance payment method. From then on, the Business can choose between paying by card or balance.

❗ If the Partner prefers it, Businesses can also register independently through a form on the event's website. In this case, the default payment method is Card. Once registered, businesses will receive their credentials to access the portal where reservations can be made and managed.

❗A business can also change their communication language directly from their account by:

1. Accessing their account in FeverZone
2. Settings
3. Business info 
4. Select Communication language from the drop down

❗ For every type of Business (e.g. Educational group, Travel Agency, Corporate, etc.), the Partner/Fever will be able to set up:

• Maximum number of reservations allowed per day per Business.
  • Example: the Business can make up to 5 reservations per day. 
• Minimum number of tickets for each reservation
  • Example: 10 tickets minimum to make a group reservation.
• When will reservations open: reservations will open X hours before the start of the event.
• When will reservations close: reservations will no longer be possible X hours after the event starts.
  ❗All unpaid reservations will also expire at this time.
• When will purchases close: purchases will close X hours before the session starts.
